Affordable
We specialise in recovering data from home computers and small businesses using new data recovery techniques that don’t require expensive clean-room environments. By not operating a clean-room environment we are able to keep our prices low and still handle over 80% of hard drive failure causes including the most common types of failure. We are able to handle logical failures such as deleted data, accidental formatting, corrupt / damaged file system, boot and partition sector failure, drive crashes, backup failure or system boot error. We are also able to handle more severe physical failures such as PCB failure, platter surface scratching, malfunction or instability of the magnetic head, corruption of sector servo labels or a MHA malfunction causing “clicking” sounds and corruption of the drive firmware causing BIOS not to detect drive.
I’ve accidentally deleted my data, what do I do?
First of all, don’t panic, all is not lost! As soon as you realise that you have deleted some data by accident, SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER. The longer you leave your computer switched on the more risk that your data will be overwritten!!! A common thing that our customers try to do is run a ‘system restore’ within Windows®, this is only to help repair your operating system and will not recover documents, pictures, etc., and also runs the risk of overwriting your data in the restore process.
